Dan Cogger
At the heart of the collector car world for over a decade, Dan has built an extensive network and bolstered his encyclopaedic knowledge of cars working with some of the most respected dealers, restorers and collectors. With this experience Dan is perfectly placed to understand you, your cars and how Hagerty Private Client can help you.
Chris Frost
Having joined Hagerty in 2009 and led the underwriting team's approach to rare, historic, and high-value vehicles, Chris understands the insurance needs of the discerning collector. With a bespoke Private Client policy through Hagerty, as well as access to additional worldwide and Lloyds insurance markets, Chris works to tailor the coverage to you.
Phil Wood
Involved with classic cars and motorcycles from an early age, Phil brings a wealth of passion and knowledge to the Hagerty Private Client team. As well as being the team's undoubted expert on motorcycles, Phil provides vast insurance experience from years of handling private collections and customizing each policy to best suit the client's requirements.

Cover beyond the UK
- UK and EU Breakdown, including At Home cover
- £100k legal expenses as standard

Diminished Value
Following a repair, if the revised market value is less than the pre-loss market value, you are entitled to receive a proportion of the difference up to a maximum of 20% of your agreed value (or £500,000) on vehicles less than 2 years old or valued within the last 2 years.
NEW - Cherished Salvage
A unique optional coverage that grants you the ability to retain salvage of the covered vehicle following a total loss and still receive your agreed value.
Other additional benefits:
- Agreed Value included as standard on all policies
- Cover for spare parts, tools and valuable paperwork
- Guaranteed approved repairs to your vehicle for three years
- Comprehensive cover for the policyholder to drive any other Hagerty-insured vehicle not owned by them
